Terms

Payment terms: 25% of rent as deposit to be paid at contract signature. 2 weeks' rent to be paid before arrival. No return of deposit in case of 'no show'.

Long term stays are welcome – price to be negotiated.

The apartment must be cleaned by the lessee before handed back

All charges are included in the rental price, including internet access,consumption of electricity, water and gas, provision of bed linen, towels etc.
